Vast Furniture Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Charges and Area
We provide estimated delivery charges for your convenience when placing an order online. These estimates are based on standard delivery pricing. However, please note that we reserve the right to cancel an order if the actual delivery charges vary significantly from the quoted estimate. Shipping costs are based on flat-rate delivery fees. Please note that Vast Furniture only delivers to mainland Australia, we do not deliver to addresses that require barge or off-mainland access. We do not deliver to PO Boxes. It is the duty of the customer to provide Vast Furniture with truthful and accurate details of the delivery destination at the time of checkout. Extra costs will be incurred and charged to the customer for delivery to a property that has more than 1 flight of stairs or to a property which has a longer driveway than a standard and reasonable residential driveway. Some products or locations may have shipping restrictions or may require additional charges due to factors beyond our control, such as delivery to remote areas. We will notify you if any such restrictions apply to your order

2. Cancellation Due to Delivery Charges
In the event that the actual delivery charges are substantially different from the estimated charges, we may, at our discretion, cancel your order. In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and any monies paid for the order, including the cost of products and delivery charges, will be refunded to you in full without incurring any additional fees. 

3. Shipping Availability
While we make every effort to fulfil and ship your order, we cannot guarantee the availability of transportation for all orders. Irregular pricing and transportation availability may affect our ability to ship certain orders. In such instances, we will inform you as soon as possible, and any payments made will be promptly refunded without additional charges.

4.Delivery Timelines 
Please note that delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and the availability of our delivery partners. We will make our best effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, but we do not guarantee specific delivery dates or times. Delivery dates may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you of the new delivery date via SMS, email or phone communication. 

5. Shipping Restrictions 
Some products or locations may have shipping restrictions or may require additional charges due to factors beyond our control, such as delivery to remote areas. We will notify you if any such restrictions apply to your order.

6. Delivery Address
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information during the ordering process. Any incorrect or incomplete address details may result in delayed or failed delivery, and we will not be held responsible for such instances. You must advise of any accessibility issues at the time of purchase as extra charges may apply.  Delivery will take place at the address listed on the sale invoice. If no one is at home for a scheduled delivery, a delivery fee will apply for all re-deliveries payable by the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to organise the re-deliver

7. Delivery Confirmation
Once your order has been successfully delivered to the provided address, it is your responsibility to confirm its receipt. If you encounter any issues with the delivery, please contact our customer support promptly.

8. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delays or failure in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events.
