All items marked as “Floorstock” are sold in their current condition (as-is) and have been previously displayed in-store and are offered at a reduced price. These items:
- Are in good functional condition
- May have minor signs of showroom handling
We carefully inspect each floorstock item before dispatch.
If any visible marks, scuffs, or wear are present, we will:
- Contact you with photos and details
- Seek your written approval before shipping

- No warranties or guarantees apply to floorstock items
- No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for change of mind
- Items must be returned at your own cost and in the same condition if any exception is granted
